UltraZed SOMs
UltraZed™ SOMs are highly flexible, rugged, System-On-Modules (SOM) based on the AMD Xilinx Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC. Designed in a small form factor, the UltraZed SOMs can be used with a user created carrier card or bundled with one of Avnet created carrier cards for a complete system for prototyping or evaluation system. Although both, UltraZed-EG and UltraZed-Ev are based on the UltraScale+ family, the UltraZed-EV includes UltraRam to reduce latency, PL transceivers and is optimized for video applications.
