齐纳阵列

Zener array is a collection of multiple Zener diodes arranged in a single package. A Zener diode is a semiconductor diode specially fabricated to take advantage of the effects of avalanche breakdown. Array is available in a wide variety of configurations and ratings based on their intended application.
