It is  packaged in an industrial standard DFN footprint and surface mount platform, hence making it manufacturable friendly. Besides that, the ARE1-xxxx-00000 series is Non-ESD sensitive with attached Zener diode within the package and is compatible with industrial reflow soldering processes.
