To take the next step in automotive connectivity and electrification we need high-speed, high-bandwidth Automotive Ethernet. Industry leaders collaborate within the OPEN Alliance SIG to encourage Ethernet adoption in cars. But with advanced electrical designs, discrete ESD Protection becomes more critical than ever.
Nexperia is first in offering fully compliant 100/1000BASE-T1 OPEN Alliance Ethernet ESD Protection. OPEN Alliance 100BASE-T1 compliant Electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device in a small SOT23 surface-mounted plastic package designed to protect two automotive in-vehicle network bus lines from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.

Trench 9 Automotive MOSFETs
Power MOSFETs designed for performance and endurance
Trench 9 power MOSFETs, targeted primarily at the automotive industry, which combining low voltage superjunction technology with advanced packaging capability to deliver high performance and ruggedness. Now expanding the portfolio to include ultra-low RDS(on) parts that address the ever-increasing demand for higher power density in many typical automotive applications. The Trench 9 devices are all qualified to AEC-Q101, and exceed the requirements of this international automotive standard by as much as two times on key reliability tests including temperature cycling, high temperature gate bias, high temperature reverse bias and intermittent operating life.
