Transformer drivers - Small footprint transformer drivers for power in isolated systems
Nexperia’s push-pull transformer drivers are designed to drive small-form-factor center-tapped transformers and offer a low-noise, low electromagnetic (EMI), and high efficiency solution for providing isolated power for signal isolators and isolated systems. These ultra-low emission devices are ideal in HEV/EV, grid infrastructure, and power-supply applications that produce high system noise.

- Internal oscillator options: 160 kHZ (NXF6505A-Q100) and 420 kHz (NXF6505B-Q100, NXF6501-Q100)
- Up to 1.2 A and low 0.2 Ω Ron for higher output power delivery at better efficiency
- Spread-spectrum clocking for ultra-low radiated emissions
- Fail-safe IO enables any order power up
- AEC-Q100 qualified
- Synchronization of multiple devices with external clock input (NXF6505A-Q100, NXF6505B-Q100)
- Device-level protection features: thermal shutdown, soft-start, under-voltage lockout, and break-before-make circuitry
