The AMD Kintex UltraScale+ Power Tree is a power management solution for the Kintex UltraScale+ FPGAs using onsemi's key power devices. The Kintex UltraScale+ FPGAs are available in -3, -2, -1, and -1L speed grades, with -3 having the highest performance. The FPGA family features power options that deliver optimal balance between the required system performance and the smallest power envelope.
