Human Machine Interface Solutions for Appliances based on Renesas Solution
This solution is a Human Machine Interface (HMI) used in appliances such as refrigerators and microwave ovens. Equipped with haptics-compatible touch panel, voice guidance and operation controls. In addition, it is equipped with odor and temperature/humidity sensors to detect the conditions inside and around the equipment. It also includes an authentication function using NFC (Near field communication) and supports personal authentication when used in shared spaces such as shared housing or dormitories.
